Pilar Elías received her B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Seville (2006-2011). In 2012, she obtained her Master Degree at the same University and started working as Scientific Assistant in the group of Prof. Inmaculada Robina. In 2013, she started her PhD studies at the same group supported by a FPU Fellowship (MEC), receiving her PhD in 2017 with the International Mention and “Sobresaliente cum laude” qualification. During her PhD period, she also performed two pre-doctoral short stays at Prof. Andrew Smith’s group in the University of St Andrews (United Kingdom). After finishing her PhD, she spent nine months as post-doc in the group of Prof. Inmaculada Robina. Since February 2019 she is working in the group of José Vidal as post-doc at ICMAB-CSIC.
