Hi...I'm Sebas and I'm back at the ICMAB. I've already been at the institute as a PhD student and after that I moved to Germany for about two years where I made my first Post-Doc. My main research line is oriented to optical properties of inorganic semiconductor nanostructures. During the next year I will be mostly working on optical and electrical properties of Silicon-based structures.
