Hi, I am Jorik. I am a third year PhD student in Belgium looking into the creation of artificial red blood cells. For the upcoming six months I will join the research group of Arántzazu González Campo to investigate the biofunctionalisation of silica nanoparticles as a tool for creating artificial cells.
In my free time I like being active going from trailrunning to kitesurfing.
