To celebrate Sant Jordi this 23rd of April of 2026, we started the day with IMB having four talks that related science and literature. Those were given by two people from IMB-CNM (Iker Uranga and Juan Pablo Agusil) and two ICMABers (Pep Fontcuberta and Oriol Roig). At the end of the talks, each speaker was given a rose to commemorate the day (and some sweets!).
After that, it was time for a coffe break, that easily turned into the speed dating between members of IMB-CNM and ICMAB. This rapidly turned into a lively conversation about literature! We also had a book exchange between the two centers. During all week, people had been bringing books to exchange, and they wrote a reccomendation on a paper.
Overall, was a fantastic day full of literature and companionship (and roses!).
