Safety, Wellbeing & Hygiene
Formed on the June 1, 1990, at the instigation of the Director, and with the consent of the governing body, the objective of this committee is to control aspects of safety in the Institute, as well as propose to the Director and Management the necessary measures to fulfil the rules governing these matters.
The Health and Safety Committee is formed by a member representing each department, and its meetings are held at least once a year. A report is produced and submitted to the governing body.
In order to resolve daily prevention issues, a Permanent Technical Committee was created in 2019, which meets more frequently and is in direct contact with Direction and Management.
