On 21 October 2025, Dolors Grillo, from the Talent Office (part of the Strategic Projects Unit) at ICMAB, took part in the Co-creation Workshop on ResearchComp, held at EIT House in Brussels. The event, part of the CROSS project, gathered experts and stakeholders to co-create and discuss tools that support researchers’ career development across Europe.
Dolors Grillo was invited as an external panellist in the session “Successful examples of career support structures.” During her presentation, she shared how the ICMAB Talent Office was created and how it operates to foster researchers’ professional growth and career opportunities.
The workshop offered a full day of collaboration, innovation, and co-creation around the ResearchComp framework, featuring representatives from the European Commission, EIT Food, FECYT, universities, and industry.
