Bellaterra, 16 JUL: nanoMATERIALS & PLANTS: ICMAB-CRAG meeting

On Monday, July 16, 2018, the first ICMAB-CRAG meeting will take place from 9 am to 4 pm at CRAG Auditorium. The goal of this meeting is to promote new collaborations among researchers from the ICMAB and the CRAG, facilitating the exchange of knowledge among different scientific fields and exploring new approaches to address complex questions. Everyone is invited!

The idea is to promote the collaboration of researchers belonging to different research centers at Campus UAB. CRAG and ICMAB already collaborate in one project (Projecte Llavor: PLANT HEALING: Biopolymer to heal plant wounds) between Dr. Núria Sánchez (CRAG) and Anna Laromaine (ICMAB). the directors of both centers, José Luis Riechmann (CRAG) and Xavier Obradors (ICMAB), would like to increase the number of inter-center collaborations.

The meeting will consist of various short-talks from researchers from both centers, two talks explaining the Scientific Services that each center has and offers as expertise, and a coffee break and lunch for networking. From ICMAB, 10 researchers will explain their projects and ideas.
