Paper, ink and nanosensors

This device permits to compose music with a color harp by approaching the hands to its surface. This instrument integrates a set of nanosensors developed by the Nanomol group belonging to the Materials Science Institute of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC) which uses nanotechnology for the detection of temperature changes. The sensor placed inside the musical instrument sense the temperature differences between the ambient and the hand and activates the different sounds. This sensor is constructed as a versatile film which allows it to be installed easily in different materials.
