The TECNIO accreditation identifies leading technology developers in Catalonia and will be valid until December 29, 2028. The Nanomol Unit previously held this accreditation, which expired at the end of 2024. Following a new application process, ACCIÓ has confirmed its renewal, reaffirming Nanomol’s role as a key player in the development of metal-free advanced molecular materials for biomedical and electronic applications.

The Nanomol-TECNIO Unit, now under the leadership of Elisabet González, focuses on the design and development of processable molecular materials with applications in health and electronics. Within this unit, the Nanomol-Bio group specializes in the preparation of molecular materials for biomedical applications, while e-MolMat explores novel molecular materials for electronic and optoelectronic devices.

This renewed accreditation highlights Nanomol’s continued commitment to knowledge transfer and industrial collaboration, driving forward the development of innovative solutions based on nanomaterials and supramolecular chemistry.
