Stefano Fedel

Hi there! I am Stefano from Trento (Italy). I studied Engineering Physics at Politecnico di Milano and now I am starting my PhD at ICMAB within the 'MAGNEPIC' project under the supervision of Dr Can Onur Avci. This project focuses on spin-torque magnetization control in ferrimagnetic insulators, a topic that has fascinated me since my Master's thesis at ETH Zurich last year. Outside of the lab, I enjoy hiking, playing sports, and listening to music. Because of my Italian heritage, of course I also enjoy cooking and eating. See you around!
